Sélection Rêverie
Rêverie is a selection of aged canadian cheddars whose renowned flavors are appreciated worldwide. This series, with 5 of our regions displayed on the superb boxes, reflects a part of our heritage and are available only in selected stores.
Rêverie 1 an, a cheddar with a unique character, is already semi-sharp in flavor. It is easy to grate or slice for your recipes or for everyday snacks.
Rêverie 2 ans and Rêverie 3 ans are considered sharp cheddars which you may include on the first and/or second cheese platters and which should be used for fondues or raclettes.
When making one's way towards our grand reserve of extra sharp cheddars Rêverie 4 ans and Rêverie 5 ans, one discovers the exceptional quality of the ¨Grand Sélection¨ cheeses. Few cheeses are endowed with the properties to age well and to develop the flavors and aromas necessary to be ranked in our ¨Grande Sélection¨.
"Grande Sélection" cheeses are better served on the final platter and their flavors mix well with grand cru wines, like vintage Grand Bordeaux or 20 year-old ports. On a baguette, they reveal their flavor to one's taste buds inspiring us to the merry abondon of a divine RÊVERIE…
